I work/live at a business on a street off Rice Rd. I came home one night really late around 2:30 or 3 am to see just the torso and legs of what appeared to be a cowboy wearing chaps walking right by our building. It was translucent and tall.

I was walking by the haunted barracks with my mom, dad, and brother. I didn't really think they were haunted until I saw lights flash on and off. The lights turned off, and when they turned back on I saw a terrible sight. I saw a ghost. He had very blood shot eyes ripped clothes. He looked at me and let out a deadly scream. The lights turned off again and I never saw him again.

Me and a few friends were out at Segusby messing around. We looked back at the bridge and noticed a woman sitting on the end of it. She was white with long hair. She was swinging her legs and messing with her hands.
As we looked at her in shock she waved at us then jumped into the water. I was scared out of my mind!.
