And sometimes when we're downstairs under my sister's room we can hear bumps and little footsteps. Her room is vacant but not completely.

One day as I was talking to my friends on Skype I felt someone touch my ear. No body else was in the room. They were still asleep. I kind of sort of freaked out because it felt so much like a solid person.
She asked me what was wrong and I told her. You know how when you're on Skype you can see yourself in a little box in the bottom right corner? Well I was the only thing that showed in that box when I felt the ghost touch me.
Besides if my mom or sister were awake I would have heard them. And they couldn't have gone away fast enough because when I felt it I whipped my head around really quick to see how it happened. And I saw nothing.
