As soon as I was finished taking care of everybody else I turned to greet him - and no one was there. There were no exits at that end of the store and I did not see him go out the front door (I mean, a tall guy in a cowboy hat kind of stands out).
After working there for about six months I happened to chat with one of the security guards who had worked there since the hyatt had been the king's castle in the 60's and

he said that an older man had died in the dressing room in the 70's. .
