A year or two ago I went to a shop called Mead's Hardware to pick up some paint. It's a building that stands alone and has never been very busy when I've gone there. This incident occurred the first time I went. Walking in I noticed immediately how strange the place is. I have never been to a hardware store quite like it. It's dimly lit and decorated with taxidermy animals. Overall I just felt a bit uneasy. I walked down one of the aisles. There are double doors that lead into a large room. One of them opens on its own. There was no breeze from an air conditioning unit, nobody was coming in or out. Right after it happened an employee came over to ask if I needed any help finding anything. Before I told him what I was there for I told him that one of those doors had just opened by itself. He told me that it happened sometimes and that some employees wouldn't go into that room alone. He believes they have a ghost, and so do I.

I lived in a haunted house with my mom and grandma on S. Cimarron. There was a frequent loud bang like a piano falling on the roof. My mom heard a baby crying, and no neighbors had babies. My grandma's room had felt super creepy. My mom would hear her talking to someone, and she would ask her who she was talking to. She said me, but I wasn't home. One friend saw a white cloud appear by the door while he was getting a late night snack. I had some girls over watching a movie in the living room, and they freaked out and said a shadow ran by. I woke up one night and had a green eyed shadow person as tall as the ceiling looking down on me sleeping.
