In either 1980 or 1981 I was stationed in Arizona in the military. My wife and I travelled from AZ to Idaho to visit family. We stopped just outside Wells at my wife's brother's trailer house to spend the night before moving on to Idaho the next day.
The trailer was a single wide with only two bedrooms so my brother-in-law and his wife slept in theirs and our children slept in the other. My wife and I just threw some blankets and pillows down on the

living room floor and slept there.
I slept fitfully but did sleep and had a dream that two children a boy and a girl were sitting on the couch watching
|
us sleep. The little boy explained they had been burned in a fire although in my dream they looked normal sitting there.
The next morning as we sat at the breakfast bar having a cup of coffee I casually mentioned my dream. My wife who was just taking a sip of coffee gasped spit out her coffee and dropped her cup on the bar breaking it.
I asked her if she was okay. She looked at me very seriously and said. ''I had the exact same dream.''
