we drove around the base. We were looking at places where I had worked and lived and where her husband had worked and their old base quarters. Both houses that were mentioned above no longer existed. The house my daughter and I had lived and the houses around it had been torn down and a base RV park was using the area. I went to the lot that house had been on which still had the old driveway and the house number on the curb. I felt the need to tell the
