There were a bunch of unkempt dead weeds surrounding a bunch of old eroding headstones. It looked like a scene straight out of pet cemetery.
Anyways, I had been living there for maybe a month when my first experience happened. I was in the kitchen washing out a glass so that I could pour myself some orange juice and smoke my morning cigarette (it was my day off that day and I had slept till close to 10am. ) I was alone in the house as I washed the

glass. I remember thinking to myself ''damn, I've got really dry hands. '' As I continued washing when all of a sudden, a frustrated female voice whispered

''HUSH!'' right over my shoulder and into my ear. I could literally feel the breath on my neck. I quickly spun around, startled, fully expecting to see Jessica standing there with a victorious smile for having scared the hell out of me. Instead, the view that I turned around to was that of an empty kitchen.
