My aunt with her first spouse bought this house on 12th and Oak St (few blocks from the zoo). Anyway when she got divorced granddad took the loan over and it was a rental property for 17 years. After that, my dad moved in 2005.

I moved in 2010 for 17 months due to a position. Well I have only seen one of the three ghosts and felt the other one. One night I saw a gentleman in a brown suit and hat. There is a little girl and a ghost cat. My dad saw all 3.

I guess I'm weird. Every house I've lived in has had ghost like encounters but not necessarily scary. Cabinets coming open. Stove burners turning on, dishes coming from behind the dish drainer on the middle of the floor but not breaking. Knocks, doors slamming, one ghost took my nephews bottle and put it in the top of the closet. Been pinched scratched and basically got the hell scared out of me when I cleaned Dr. Velezs office.
