When you go under the freeway you can sometimes see a shadow like figure standing there. That figure has been appearing ever since a man died there in an accident. The figure just stands there without doing anything.
Most reasonable thing to assume is that it is the ghost of the victim of the accident but that is circumstantial evidence, could be unrelated, could be a demon there to collect him.
