My family went camping down to the Elephant Butte State Park for labor day weekend with our four kids. We spent most of Saturday on our waverunners and put the kids inside our fith-wheel to watch a movie as the adults had some drinks outside by our camp fire.
All the kids passed out watching camp rock and some friends stopped by to partake in some adult drinks. It was about 11 pm when the park rangers came by and told us to shut everything down since it was past 10 pm and to get our kids out of the water and stop yelling.

We hadn't seen anyother kids and I knew mine were sleeping. I told the ranger our kids were sleeping inside and he told me they couldn't be yelling anymore. I though it was odd but didn't think anything of it but later after we went to bed I heard what sounded like little girls yelling and playing in the water outside our fith-wheel.

I had drew my husband go look outside but he said there was nobody there. We decided to go back outside to watch the camp fire. As we sat there we both heard little girls laughing and asking if somebody if they wanted to come and play in the water.
Now it was late like 1 or 2 in the morning and dark but we couldn't see anyone dispite we could clearly hear the girls splashing and laughing. Although we couldn't see anyone it sounded like they were in the water maybe 40 to 50 yards out but I know sound travels well at night over water.
This kept up for about twenthy or thirthy minutes and it was really creeping me out. They kept laughing and singing and humming this song. We called it a night and went inside and locked the door. The next morning I got up early with a bad headache and went outside to clean up the beach before my kids got up.
