I lived in Espanola NM all my life and never encountered a spirit till turned 20. I went to a friends house in Alcalde NM, I was walking throughout his house and a spirit came to me and said 'help me I don't know where I am'. I had a full conversation with this spirit. I turned white an could not move but all she wanted was help. There is nothing to be afraid of, they just want your help.

For the past 3 years in my house I have encountered a dark shadow. Usually occurs when some thing horrible is going to happen to me or my psy fam.

Comment by Jari: These are often referred to as 'shadow people' and there have been many theories about them from very evil to benign. However, they crave the energy fear can give and thus the more afraid you are of them the longer they'll stick around.
The trick is not to empower them and they will go away...
