It was summer July 2011 when I decide to take my dog Brooklyn for a walk one night. Robert my sons' friend who was about 17 at the time came to live with us for a while, Robert is the same age as my son…So this one particular night it was full moon and around 10 pm Robert and I decide to take my dog for a walk around Schwartz and head down Arrington ave.
Took a while because Brooklyn had to pee at every brush and light pole he saw and usually that's

our route every time we walk him. We get to almost the bottom of Safeway we saw a few people hanging out in the parking lot. A woman and about two or

three guys drinking and sort of getting loud, barely anyone was around at that time. All of a sudden Robert and I heard the woman laughing not paying mind to it we continued on…the woman was still laughing nonstop. A minute or two pass by her laughter begins to sound evil and more of a cackling. My dog turns to look up at the woman, he stops dead in his tracks looking at me and looks down Arrington. Well I grab his leash and say lets go Brooklyn..
