About 7 miles west of Gladstone a man just appeared on the line of the road at night. He covered his head to hide his face. A reasonable person would not be out here at this time at night. A reasonable person would also attempt to wave and/or flag down someone for a ride or help. Either a crazy person or ghost is my conclusion. Leaning towards ghost.
