The doctor plays with the call bell in the empty rooms along with turning on and off the lights. There's also a little boy who has been seen that runs through the rooms and plays with the TVs. He runs through the 3rd floor and 4th.
He also runs into patients rooms and plays with their curtains. As they say the ones close to death will see spirits some patients who are in really bad shape will complain about the children playing in their rooms.

the 4th floor is used for storage and offices but it still gives an uneasy feeling...
