This has been 11 years, but I lived in a house off 3rd Avenue. The rent was cheap supposedly because of ''spiders''. I had a cereal box thrown at me off the top of the fridge. My son would see ''monsters'' at night. I saw a full apparition in my living room once while I was lying on the couch. As I sat up, he started to walk towards me and disappeared. I had door knows jiggle violently and thought it was my ex playing a trick on me or maybe my son, but

it was neither. My mom experienced the same, and I said the ghost was saying hello lol. All in all the ghost didn't bother me per se but did catch me

off guard a lot.
