It was on 2-26-14 during the 5th period of Berrendo Middle School of Roswell, NM. Me and my friend, Alora, could feel something paranormal in the air. I was digging in my backpack for a stamp that belonged to my friend (it was Alora's) when out of nowhere I felt a rush of cold air by my right ankle, so I rubbed my ankle and told Alora. We think a ghost tried to hit me, and his hand went through me. We also think our band hall is haunted, and we thought it was before I was hit. I guess we have a mean ghost, or it just doesn't like me. Still I only felt it on my ankle, so tell me what you think.

This was told to me by one of the students at the job corps. She was a new student, and I was her mentor. A week after being there the whole class I was mentoring had gone out to town. That's what they do for the new students. The last week before they got settled to their trades, we had gone out for lunch. Maria said ''you're going to think I'm crazy. '' I asked her why. She said ''last night I woke up in the middle of the night to see a boy sitting on the empty bed at the end. '' Some of us students had three people to a room. She was the only girl in there, and she had no roommates. Anyway I looked at her and said ''you're not crazy, we hear about that stuff all the time. '' She looked a little more at ease. I don't know how she managed to sleep in there again.

I lived in Roswell for two years. I had gone to the Roswell Job Corps Center (JC for short). I've heard many stories of it being haunted. Some of them were really scary for me to hear lol. One night I was in the computer room past our normal bed time. I was a commander on the floor, so it was OK for me to stay up later. I was on the computer searching cheer leading cheers. There was one girl in the room with me. She decides to leave to go to bed, now I'm the only one left by myself.
Wasn't that long maybe five minutes. I could feel fear creeping up on me. I was no longer alone. I closed out everything on the computer and left to my room on the other side of the hall. I felt like I was being followed. When I got to my room I went straight to bed scared. Since that day I never stayed up alone outside my room. .
