There's an old mining cave hidden in the hills of Alpine that hardly any one knows about. I was exploring it as I was mountain biking in those hills a friend showed me where it was. It's near sliding rock for those of you who know where that is.
But in the mine there's a deep hole that fills with water and when you look into the water you can see pretty far down but it goes for a while. As you look into the water you can see a man's face under

the water.
It was an old miner.

There's an old tomb stone in Alpine cemetery that is called the doxy seat. It's said that when you sit on it two things will happen one you will become possessed or two you can feel the spirits of the cemetery and all their pain and loss. You must go at midnight when the moon is full.

If you look towards the east to the peak of that tall mountain that kind of has a double tip at sunrise you can see a spirit at the peak. If your eyes are really good you can see it with the naked eye but most of us probably need binoculars to see the spirit.
