One of the two spirits is a man and dog that we have seen running. You can hear steps and breathing. Another is a farmer who supposedly owned some land and was killed by a tractor. I only saw a shadow of a man carrying a pale while playing night games.

The old hospital now the boarding school white River Academy is haunted by several spirits. One of which is a little girl who wears a white dress with a green bow. She is very playful and likes to play tricks on both the staff and students that attend there.

Another specter is an angry ghost who is felt in the boiler room. Whenever you are in the room you feel a presence and not the type you want in your presence. Many of the staff are nervous to go in there alone especially at night.

The room is notoriously dark even in the daylight hours.

Comment by James: I used to be a student at white River academy. From my personal experiences there I do know for a fact that there is something there in the boiler room. Our laundry room is right near the boiler room door and you get a very uneasy feeling when you are standing near the door.
We've had staff members who been in the boiler room who were freaked out of their minds. That place is super creepy!.

There is an old ghost story in Delta Utah about the cemetery. If you drive around the cemetery at night three times, you see the devil standing in front of you. I personally never tried it but my sisters did.
