We were up in Garden City a while ago and we were at the lake. This guy came up and asked me what time it was. He was really strange looking in a weird way. His clothes were very out of style but in good shape.
Like he just stepped out of a time machine. He also didn't look at me when he asked me for the time. He just looked straight ahead. I figured he's probably looking for someone. I looked down at my watch and told him the time.
I looked back

up and he wasn't there anymore. There was nothing around for at least 20 yards. There's nowhere he could have gone. That's when I knew I had seen a ghost.
