Me and my friends were driving up East Gentile Street, and we wanted to check out this ghost sighting of an older gentleman who had passed away there. I grew up in Layton. My whole life I have never heard about this tell. I looked it up, and myth says there is an older man who seems to be on a walk, but when you go past him or stop he quickly turns around and seems to be screaming, but nothing to be heard. We were curious about it, so we went after

dusk. We kept going up and down the street a good 6 times. Then we were about to just head out, but we decided one more time just for good measures. Then

we drove up a little by this working sign. My girlfriend saw a personage with a coat. He kind of put his head down, and my friend saw the same thing, but he was blurry, and I didn't see anything, so we did a u-turn and slowly came up nothing. Then I saw something in the tree line behind the branches. I saw him, but he wasn't moving not with his mouth open. I hit the gas, and we got out of there in hell's nature. I will not go up the road at night.
