This isn't my story but my friend Lillians so I'll tell it from her perspective. So I was staying at a hotel in Moab and I was trying to fall asleep and failing and I look over to my moms side of the bed and I see a silhouette of a girl with long back hair sitting in my moms place.
She looked like she had some sort of mermaid tail in place of feet. She lays down for a moment but she sits up and gets off the bed. She starts flying around for a moment then flies into a corner and fades away.

I start freaking out because that was my first encounter with a ghost with no one but my friends to tell and wait for my mom to wake up.

On dead horse trail I was biking and saw crow sitting on a tree. When I got closer to the tree the crow wasn't afraid of me but I realized it was transparent. He then cawed like an eagle and my ears started ringing. 4 hours and 8 minutes later my ears started bleeding. Doctors couldn't explain it.

While hiking the Portal Trail we saw 2 hikers approaching. We scrambled up a small rock. When we looked the people were gone. Nowhere to be seen. They were out of sight no more than 15 seconds. We stopped a dozen times scanning for them. Gone like the wind.
