This happened over ten years ago, but I think about it often. I came here to this website to see if anyone else has experienced anything in Deaver because I believe it's extremely haunted, especially with its history. I visited Deaver from 2003 to 2020 until my grandparents passed away. Their house had a weeping willow tree with a swing under it. My sister, grandmother, and her other grandchildren would often swing on it and enjoy the breeze. There wasn't

ever much to do there.
I remember vividly I was on the swing with one of the neighborhood kids, and I looked up and saw a figure in the tree. I

locked eyes with it, and it just kind of stared back. I remember promptly jumping off the swing, and it was gone. I told my grandma. She was very religious and simply said, ''It was an angel.'' I talked to the neighborhood kids about it, and they said they had seen similar things. They said they have experienced doors opening without wind and other things. I have seen many other strange figures around the town. Deaver was my second home, and it sincerely always
