I was in a business building downtown Evanston when myself and the owner heard children playing on the other side of a door. The door kept moving slightly back and forth. When I finally asked to see what was on the other side I opened the door and a warm rush of air went through both of us.
It was enough to make my hair move away from my face. To my surprise it was an entry way to a set of stairs. It was barely big enough for the two of us little alone a bunch of children. He and I went up the stairs and there were no open windows and no way for anyone to get out.

The owner said that he recently had experienced similar things in this renovated old house and no children were present.
