I was in my brother-in-law's house and came out of the restroom located upstairs in his house and a dark figure was standing at the top of the stairs as I was exiting the restroom. I have seen this dark figure in the upstairs hallway numerous times.
I've also seen the figure of a small child in this house as well. The child means no harm however the tall dark figure has an ominous feel to him. I say a male figure because that is the shape

that it appears as.

Me and my friends where walking in this old house that no one lives in. When we started up the stairs we saw someone stand there as soon we got there he disperses right in front of us.

Walking at the cemetery one late afternoon with a group of friends when we walked through a cloud of strong cigarette smoke. No one was around. This was near the older part of the cemetery.
