I used to rent a space at the Laramie plains civic center and recently moved out of the building due to paranormal experiences. I had a business of a candy shop there and would sell it to my fellow customers coming in and out of the building.
One night I was closing my business for the night I was one of the last person in the building that evening. I locked my candy shop up and right as I was walking down the stairs from the 3rd floor I heard someone running arund the stairs dragging something heavy.

There was no one on the stairs or the 3rd floor I was alone on the floor at the time. As I walked out of the building I happened to look at one of the windows on the 4th floor that is currently closed off and saw the face of a teacher and younger boy around the age of 7.

That night I made the decision to close my business out and mobve of the building. I had been encountering to many strange experiences. I would also hear humming near my door of my business and someone would knock on the door constantly every time I closed up around 8:00 pm no one would be outside of the door.
The floor I worked at was empty with no people around. The Laramie plains civic center is haunted and the ghost are very violent. Stay as far as you can I had to many experiences at the building and they were very very frightening.

Comment by Rob: I have been to the LPCC on several occasions to perform paranormal investigations and have never come across anything that seems violent or malevolent at all.
