I lived in Linch, WY. For 14 years and never heard of any thing like this. Nor did I ever see any ghosts and I worked quite a few nights out in the oil field in Linch. Linch is a very small oilfield camp and I was there in 2006 visiting, it has shrunk to just a few families.
I also knew the Linch family and there was never any talk of ghosts there.
