I stayed at the Fountain Inn for a couple of nights in 2016 late fall. I couldn't sleep at all. I tossed and turned most of the night. I was fed up with it. I decided to step out for a cigarette. My room was closer to the east end by the pool and fountains. Being late fall the pool was closed and surrounded by chain linked fence, I began to look around. It was early morning. The sun was not up but light was beginning to peak over the hills. In the pool area

was a statue of a turtle. I remember seeing the turtle when I parked by my room the evening before. Smoking my cigarette, I seemed to notice something

by or on the turtle statue in the pool area. Rubbing my eyes trying to adjust to the low light, I looked closer and still a small object came to sight.
As I stared with curiosity for minutes, the object started to move. The movements resembled the motions of something riding the statue. Not being able to believe my eyes I continued to stare. It appeared that what I was looking at was a small child, little girl to be specific. Staring in utter shock the
