and she was going back to the house. We told her we'd walk her back, but we were going to continue.
After making sure she made it back to the house, we began walking to the other side of this ''ghost town. '' As we walked, she told me about the buildings we passed and some of the stories about them. We had a feeling someone was staring at us, watching us. When we made it to the other end of the town we stood under a light post, and I called my boyfriend.

We began talking, and I was quite annoyed with him. I had told him before we were in a small town with crappy service.

but that night there was none. No breeze. However, as I was talking to him, we heard rustling in the tall grasses. I quickly shushed my boyfriend as me and Carley stared in the direction of the sounds. I could feel my heart racing. I knew something paranormal was there. What I heard made me so uncomfortable and fearful. We heard a scream, almost animalistic, like a coyote getting harmed. We didn't stay in that spot. We ran. I grabbed her arm and began running.
