In September of 2021 at 4 a.m. the road was super foggy. My friend and I was about 500 yards past the bridge headed back up to Fairbanks. I saw in the distance a white native dude about 21 years of age wearing camouflage pants and a blue sweatshirt jacket. He had white complexion and slight moustache. As I drove closer, I looked at him. Then he jumped right into the front of my truck, and I had to swerve around him to not hit him. We knew what we saw,

so I was pretty scared. The hairs in my arms stood up. I called in to report this incident. I do believe it was a ghost at that odd morning of 4 a.m.
