I rented a house in Adelanto back in 2007 that was in fact haunted. My family and I experienced all types of strange unexplainable events for an entire year. It was a typical stucco home with Spanish style roofing built in 1993. We have no clue as to what had happened in the home before we rented it, but we speculate several possibilities. In the beginning, the bedroom door knobs would turn to their own accord. At night while lying in bed, you could

hear the shuffling of feet at the foot of the bed. Sometimes you could feel someone sitting down on your bed, while you were on it, and actually saw the

mattress go down, but nothing was there. A shadowy figure would loom around through the house and suddenly fly into a mirror and disappear.
My cat Sylvia was afraid to roam about the house. Instead she would sit in the living room and simply stare down the hallway for hours, seeing something we did not. It always felt like someone was right behind you every time you walk down the hallway, but you turned around to find nothing. Periodically
