This happened at a home on Minturn Street in Alameda. Pete inherited the house from his mother in the 1980s and rented out the upstairs bedrooms to friends. One night Frank woke up in the middle of the night and looked up at the ceiling and noticed a bluish blur floating above his bed. The next morning he moved out. His girlfriend Sandy also saw the blue lady. One evening Pete and Sandy went around the corner to the store, and Sandy's eight-year-old daughter

Nicole stayed at home in the living room.
When they returned they noticed Nicole laughing. Sandy asked Nicole ''what was so funny?'' Nicole answered

''I was just talking to the blue lady. When Pete lost the house due to taxes, the next door neighbor was having a yard sale. Pete told my brother that the previous owner of his house was at the yard sale and pointed toward him. Out of curiosity, my brother asked the older gent if he saw the blue lady. The old man replied, ''you go tell that to my wife!!!''.
