In Antioch there's a place called ''the gates of hell.'' It's along Empire Mine Road, and an entire area is said to be haunted. I've never been there myself, but I've heard countless stories of ghosts and demonic activity. As soon as you cross the gate and go into the property line, it is said you will be viciously attacked.

An old sea witch with a green face has been seen flying like a bat out of hell over to a murky boat basin at the Antioch Marina. Many accounts of this witch have been reported by people fishing on the pier. The alleged witch loves to scare the foolhardy security guard who just wants to read his newspaper in peace. This occurrence only happens when there is a full moon and around 11:00 to 3:00 am, then before the early morning hours she disappears also I checked on the internet for other sighting the are two! Also during our investigation I acquired this photo from a local resident.
