My husband, our preschooler, and I have lived in Apple Valley for three years. We live between Navajo and Kiowa, just south of hwy 18, in a triplex.
One of the first nights we were here I walked by our open bedroom door and saw (what I thought was) my husband sitting on the edge of our bed. I took about three more steps then remembered that my husband was at work. I back tracked, and there was no one there. In the three years we have lived here, I've

seen a man pacing the hall and that bedroom multiple times. It's like he is caught in a loop; he doesn't interact with us or cause fear.
For about

a year there was a ''little boy'' here. My son was terrified and confused by his presence. He was acutely aware of us. I would hear him run up and down the halls when my son and husband were asleep. I saw him standing and looking at my son's toys. Once I leaned back on our couch while I was looking at my phone, and I felt fingers running through my hair. I freaked out and moved my head. A few minutes later it happened again.
