The real funny thing is when I have a friend stay the night. One time, one of my unstoppable football friends from v. V. C stayed the night and went to get a cup of water. I heard him go down the stairs from the landing, and all of a sudden I heard something shatter, and so I go and look what the commotion was about, and my friend was still holding his hand like the glass was in it (it was shattered on the floor) and he was just frozen in fear, because the
figure was right in front of him.
Nothing to worry about, they just repeat their last moments or duties before they passed, so basically it can't hurt
you, but it does the trick of guarding our house.

Comment by Conner: I don't think I've ever seen a ghost before and my dad says they're not real but I want to be sure whether or not they are and I wanted to know what to look for. When I look at the house will it just look like a mist in front of just the one house? Or a ghostly figure appear? I'm not sure, I will tell you what I see there.

Comment by Stacy: Shandon: I live on Red feather Rd and Cronese and I believe your backyard is up against our shared easement. We have had experiences in our home beginning 14 years ago when we purchased our house. We have a continual parade of shadow people that traverse from our living room through our dining room and then disappear into the exterior wall which leads to the backyard.
I am starting to think that many of our neighbors must be having similar experiences also. My husband encountered an elderly plump Italian grandmother standing in our kitchen complete with her white apron.
This occurred approximately a year after we moved in. Many items disappear in the house only to resurface in the most obscure places. I think it maybe the whole area and not limited to individual house hauntings.

Just a thought....

Comment by Bella: If you have water running under ground like a spring it can sometimes attract sprits and allow them to travel. I lived in an apartment in Apple Valley that had the same problem. We had a bunch of sprits; none of the renters stayed longer then 6 months.
I don't know why the ghost weren't mean, just mischievous.
