According to an urban legend, Foothills Middle School is haunted by a boy who was murdered by a maniac on earth day, and it was nicknamed the Earth Day Massacre. If you go to a specific tree at the very end of the basketball courts, you will see him at midnight on Earth Day. Supposedly he was buried under the tree. Submitted by Bubu

Down at the park you can see the ghost of an old man who died of a sudden heart attack in the park. Old ghosts are not common since they lived their life already, but this one doesn't realize he's dead. It was too sudden.

Comment by anonymous: What park??.
Comment by Ghostgrrrl: Spirits both young and old exist here on earth. It has nothing to do with the age you died and/or of how much life one has put in on earth. This subject is too complex to even sum up. It's impossible. There are too many unknown factors and equations that leave us here spirit bound coming and going. The dead will never tell us the secret about ever lasting after life of the here and over there's.
Comment by Homer: Was it Live Oak Park in Temple City across from Arcadia south border at Live Oak ? In the 90s a senior Park employee had a heart attack while operating riding mower in the park he fell off mower which stopped because of safety switch under seat I believe it did not touch him I lived across the street on Daines Drive and never heard of any sightings. Saddest fact was the guy was due to retire in matter of days.
