As a child I lived in a home on north Cerritos Avenue in Azusa. I had the worst experience I had as a child. One night while sleeping in the living room, a woman in a brown robe was standing near my father who was sleeping on the couch. When I had removed the blanket from my face I saw her pour a red substance which seemed to be acid on his blanket that he was using. I quickly pulled the blanket over my head and tried to fall asleep. When I opened my eyes to see if the woman was still there I turned my head and saw the woman looking at me through the blanket with one eye wide open. I looked away with fear, and I felt her cheek touch my face. I then closed my eyes and opened them a few minutes later, and the woman was gone. I turned to look at the hallway and saw death standing there with his pole which shinned on the sharp part.
As a child I was terrified thinking ''what's happening? Am I dying?'' I then looked at my dad who was on the couch and saw that he was no longer there, so I ran to my mother's room with fear. I told her what I had seen, and she didn't believe me. Then I found my dad and saw that the red stain the woman had made was still there. I freaked and tried to sleep again. Another moment of terror I encountered was when I was sleeping in my room. I shared a room with my sister, and we had a bunk bed. I slept on top, and one night I woke up and turned to my right and found the woman in brown staring at me. I wanted to run. I grabbed my blanket and threw it upon her, and she fell back on the floor with the blanket over her. I turned the light on and jumped all over the blanket to assure that the woman was gone. I ran to tell my mother, and she didn't believe me and told me to go back to sleep. I slept with a night light in my room, and every night I would see the woman in the brown robe standing in the light, so I stopped using the night light to prevent seeing the woman again.

Comment by Nani: I think it's so sad when parents won't believe their children. It is always something that the parents should to the very least investigate the possibilities.

When I was young I remember riding my bike down the Canyon Trail. I remember one night I saw a person in the river under the entrance bridge of a community called ''Mountain Cove''. Now what scared me was that the person was white, like ghostly white. I thought it was a woman. Out of curiosity I left my bike and climbed my way down. To my surprise the figure didn't disappear, it just stood there motionless. It never turned. I looked at it for a while, and then it turned around said ''hello'' in a very creepy voice and leaped into the river. To this day I still wonder who that woman was and sometimes I have nightmares about my experiences.
