7th Standard Road has a young lady in a prom dress who appears on rainy or foggy nights, you see her then she vanishes. We went on a cold foggy night and a mist went through the inside of the car then floated out, was very chilling.

Comment by Chris: My wife and I were driving in to Bakersfield on Christmas Eve on Standard Road. It was late and storming. We saw a girl standing on the side of the road. It was very strange; there were no houses around about 12 miles from town also.

I live on the east side of Bakersfield and last night my dog Sunshine was scratching the door. When she does that, that means she needs to go to the bathroom. So I took her outside, it was around 11ish? And she wouldn't go to the bathroom, she was staring at the fence.
