My husband and I moved to a rental house on Hahn ave. 8 months ago. Everything was fairly quiet at first we heard strange noises such as walking on the roof creaking. We kind of wrote that off as the house settling.
As time went on we noticed that the silverware drawer in the kitchen would be open after we were sure we had closed it. This drawer is very heavy and it sticks shut. We started shutting this drawer together (just to make sure it was closed) every night before going to bed.
We would find it open in the morning. The running across the roof is getting louder there are no trees by the house and it's single story. One morning my husband's cousin was staying with us and he had laid a pack of cigarettes on the counter with a lighter on top.

He went to get them and the lighter was next to the pack and the box was open with a broken cigarette laying on the counter. Our 3 dogs will bark at empty corners and chase unseen things inside and in the yard not playful but aggressive chasing and barking.

Nothing that we can think of explains this, our lease is up in November...we are moving.
