I lived on Bess Avenue in a house my dad built. My grandparents lived next door to us. In the mid-seventies my grandpa passed away in their house. Some years later my sister and her family were living in our old family home while it was up for sale. I had come during Christmas Holidays with my parents and my then fiancé, whom my parents disliked. We all stayed at the house on Bess and went to sleep in our respective beds.

going on. He saw that the cage was still covered, but the birds were still freaking out. As he stood up and started to walk towards the cage, he heard a crackling sound like static electricity and began to make out a form moving from the wall by the windows and the bird cage toward him slowly.
