In small town Bangor, CA with the population of 600 some weird events occurred at the fire station back in 2009. They were little things at first, for example: an open door may be swung shut, an item left on a shelf disappearing, and some nights they heard footsteps through the empty halls. The fire fighters found these disturbances annoying, but being a sensible and skeptical bunch, they ignored them. The building was old and in need of repairs;

the footsteps were probably just creeks. However, the hub for this activity was centered around the storage room which doubled as a bunk for volunteer
|
fighters. The only one of the fire fighters that was concerned was the station dog. Sometimes it would awake the fighters barking down an empty hall in tune with the flickering lights. Sometimes it would run away, tale tucked and shaking, and so it remained for years.
One day a new volunteer arrived. Being a small town, this was a rare occurrence. He was skeptic about such things but entered the volunteer room and warned the specter, ''don't mess with
