I lived most of my childhood in Cudahy from 1993 to 2003. The town looked very old when we first arrived; you could still find many mobile home parks that were from around the 1950s and very old abandoned houses or buildings from the early 1900s. A lot of these homes were demolished, and a few mobile home parks were removed to make commercial plazas or two-story-home villages.

house that apparently was a preschool before we moved in. It seemed as if they just took off and left everything behind as the garage was full of school
|
material, paints, construction paper, and so on. The school kitchen and restrooms were in a bungalow, which we still had access to. All mini chairs, tables, and dishes were still there.
Our home seemed to be one of the main buildings, and the house in front was as well since it had some weird clown painting in front with the school name. The back yard still had swings and slides, just a complete child playground. The whole place just kind of gave
