I was 21 or 22 hanging out with friends. We went to some river. I was from LA, and didn't know the area, so I can't give directions. There were reeds and a lot of overgrowth. We were going home, and one1 guy said ''let's go to this nearby cemetery and look for ghosts''. We pulled up on a cul-de-sac, and there was a fallen chain link fence. I was excited because it looked creepy. We walked over it, and to either side were tall hedges. We walked on,

and then to my left I saw bright street lights and a nice paved road leading to a big house or funeral home on a small hill.
Immediately I was

disappointed by how new and not creepy it is, so we walked on, and I saw the lights on up in the house. I told my friend ''we shouldn't linger being after hours''. Then suddenly on the road I saw movement. I stopped and said ''oh crap, there are some people''. Looking closer. it looked like there were many people except they appeared only as they stepped on the paved road and vanished as they step off. Each one dressed like pioneers.
