My family and I moved into our new home here in Buena Park in November of 2012 and from day one of moving in we've had many frightening experiences. The first night while me and my husband were asleep our bedroom door opened and a little voice called out mommy.
My husband and I thinking it was our 6 year old daughter called her over and invited her to come into bed with us. We felt the movement of her getting in my husband reached out and turned the light on and as soon as the light went on all movement on the bed was gone and to our surprise my daughter was not there.
Still thinking it was her not recognizing the new home I went to her room only to find her missing and remembering she had spent the night at my parents house. I ran back to bed and we were not able to sleep the rest of the night.
As the days pass we hear footsteps in the hallway, lights flicker, we hear a child crying and my daughter tells me she hears a child's voice saying it's cold. We have a seven year old Chinese Sharp who we keep outdoors, since we moved in there hasn't been a night were she does not cry and howl at the same time and stares at a corner of the pool shed.
I've gone to the library to find information on the history of the house but found nothing. I spoke to the next door neighbor and she told me that in the past 10 years the house has been sold 6 times and on one occasion the people who bought the place moved out in about a month.
We have not seen any apparitions or have not been harmed. I was told to light a white candle to help the spirits find the light and find their way home. Since then the sounds have diminished a bit but the light keeps flickering.
