Who remember the closed bathroom in Dool Elementary School? When I was kid they said it was haunted. Does anybody know anything about it?. Submitted by Anonymous

Another famous ghost area is the curve going from Heber to Calexico before it becomes Kloke Road. That area specifically along the canal bank has a tragic history. Aside from the accidents that have occurred there, two young men were murdered in the area and a fireman committed suicide there. I've heard the classic story of it being a woman in white, but me and a friend are convinced we saw a manly figure appear there on our way back to Calexico from buying carne asada at Kennedys.

I graduated from Calexico high and one afternoon after hanging out in the school with a friend and everyone including staff had left there was a loud noise coming from a classroom we were in front of. We looked in and of course like before we looked in there nobody was inside. It gave me a creepy feeling and it seemed like it was getting late. So I thought maybe I should get going. But about ten minutes after the noise I see what looks like a person walking towards the football field. I tell my friend to look that way. It looked like it wasn't moving fast just like a normal person walking and then I lost it. Like it just vanished. We left fast towards the front of the school to exit out immediately.
