The year was 1982 when Joey Bowen drove up here from LA on his motorcycle. He decided to go for an off road ride, the ground is very hard and flat here so it's a good place to do this. He had some friends here in town and he told them he was going for a ride and he's be back in a few hours.
They never heard of him again. They called his wife thinking maybe he went home instead but no, he was gone. Next day they sent out a helicopter to search and they

found him dead by his bike in the desert.
There was no crash, he had just gotten off and died somehow. Joey is now the infamous biker ghost that people

have been seeing in the desert for three decades now. He shows up riding his motorcycle through the desert, only thing is his bike makes no sound whatsoever, absolute silence.
