I don't know the name of the apartments but I know this for a fact because I really can see these spirits... It was only two years ago that I saw two little girls one very beautiful with long blond hair the other was terrifying...
Looked like shed been crying... But it was only for a few seconds that I saw them... Not at the same time... There was also one that would get on top of my brother... The neighbors also had hauntings...
