A school at Circle Drive and Devonshire used to be a turkey ranch. One young worker there apparently was killed when a horse on the ranch kicked him in the head. His name was Manuel and he haunts the original house that still stands there.
He used to turn the lights off and on in the back room, and a co-worker of mine who had a classroom in the original house used to tell him to stop and the activity would stop. One day at work around 4 pm I walked

into a back room and saw a woman in a ''prairie'' outfit just standing there.
I excused myself and instinctively closed the door. Then I realized that

it was okay to walk in. I opened the door again and she was gone. I calmly walked over to my co-workers who were in another room and said I think I just saw a ghost!.
