38th and Philips smack dab in a neighborhood I lived on a property that was haunted. I never saw any ghosts, but I saw items move, and the TVs would turn off on their own. I ended up killing someone in that house in self defense. I will never move back to Lake County for a million dollars.

When I was young and in school my friends have told me that there where ghost. A girl with high heels on and a dress; I did not believe it at all. A few days later I was putting my bag down and started to walk to where all the other kids were .

There were 3 other girls talking at a door . Me and those 3 girls heard high heels walking behind me but when I turned around nobody was there, so I ran scared. I went to Burns Valley Elementary School.

I found out lately 2/17/15 that before my modular home was put in place, an old house burnt down with a deaf man dying in the fire. The fire was right where my home was put. Could that be the reason for the hauntings. The man that died had been seen walking through a neighbor's home shortly after the fire. .
