I was on Farmbeuro Road in Concord around mid to late 1980s in the early morning with a lot of fog out. My parents, little brother, and I went outside on our way home, and a guy dressed in a three-piece suite was riding an old school buggy being pulled by two black horses. His skin was really pasty. He dressed like Jack the ripper times. He looked down and asked if a dog he found was our dog. (It was our dog.) Then he rode off. My parents do not

When I was 8 I used to go to a playground with my grandma. I and my stepbrother were playing there when I saw somebody in a full white dress and long black hair. I started to walk that way, and then she just disappeared. I did not have a phone at the time, and there was a lot of homeless people around, but she still faded into the wind. Submitted by Mk

A woman and her husband built a home on Panoramic Drive before the Bart Station went up. The husband died, and the woman lived alone in the home for years. The woman said she was putting a curse on all the drivers drive up Port Chicago and rev their engines near her home. Now it's become common for cars to break down after revving their engines, and bad luck follows into the drivers' personal lives. She walks up and down port Chicago highway almost every night. I've seen her just once after a car stopped running and was on the side of the road.
