I lived in a house on North Reeder Avenue between Ruddock Street to the south and Cypress Street to the north. The house sits at the top of a small hill on roughly two acres of land. It was an original California Orange Grove house built from 1912 to 1914. The couple that built this home put a lot of time, effort, and detail into all aspects of the construction and landscaping of this property.
When it was completed the home was wood framed with a

solid brick exterior. The grounds resembled that of the landscaping at the Huntington Library, very plush with all types of plants and trees to survive

without modern day irrigation. There was a lot of paranormal activity associated with this house from apparitions seen by multiple witnesses to heavy booms that shook the entire structure. It was as if something big had fallen on the building.
Doors could be heard opening and closing as well as footsteps pacing the floors and hallways, even at the foot of the bed throughout the night. There were certain areas within the home where guest would
